Well, there is no static stinger in your mod =)
But nvrmnd, i was take it from another static pack and changing paths of *paa and *rvmat files to RHSUSF.
Now it works correctly. I hope =) At least now I can enter that stinger shoot down the plane.

Nothing special, only relinked paths of *.paa and *.rvmat files to RHSUSF folder (via Mikero's MoveObject script, without unbinarizing).
