0002219: M4, M4A1 Muzzle flash

Description

On some M4 and M4A1 rifles there's an issue with the muzzle flash. See below attached screenshots.

M4 (M203) - rhs_weap_m4_m203
M4 (M203S) - rhs_weap_m4_m203S
M4 (M320) - rhs_weap_m4_m320

M4A1 (M203S/Desert) - rhs_weap_m4a1_m203s_d

Steps To Reproduce

1. Take one of the above mentioned rifle.
2. Be in third-person view.
3. Pan your camera to the side of the rifle.
4. Open fire.
5. Notice the muzzle flash.
