0001895: Please add bipods and some scopes for SVDM and SVDS

Description

SVDM and SVDS have ability to use bipods IRL, and I think SVDM lacks this ability in Arma. Also SVDM lacks more scopes, such as 1P21 or 1P69, or PSO-2, or PSO-3.
