0001178: "Next round switch" not reliably working for most T-80 variants

Description

For the following T-80 variants the "next round switch" is not reliably working. It only seems to work sometimes after you fired a shot - not while another round is loaded.

Not working:
T-80A
T-80BK
T-80BV
T-80BVK
T-80U (45M)
T-80UE-1
T-80UK
T-80UM

Works:
T-80B
T-90 (obr. 1992g.)
T-90 (obr. 1996g.)

Steps To Reproduce

Go to gunner in one of the tanks mentioned above and try to set next round with X. The indicator won't move.

(0002396) Bad Tankman (viewer) 2015-09-24 17:15	It moves but really hard. You need to switch to diferent zoom level.

(0002428) Soul_Assassin (administrator) 2015-09-26 10:39	We cannot repro. Try switching sights with num+ first. The selector is made in such a way works only in proper aiming sight branches.
