0001003: Rolled-up-sleeved uniforms for US and RU

Description

It would be nice to have a variant of most uniforms that had rolled-up sleeves, like how BIS have rolled-up-sleeve variants for NATO and AAF uniforms.
The purpose of these would be for variation, and so that every soldier doesn't look the same.
If they are added, I would like to see specific default units have them, for example, make autoriflemen use the rolled-up version, while riflemen use the normal version, just like how BIS did it with their units.
