0006588: ZPL-20 weapon initSpeed overrides magazines

Description

RHS_weap_zpl20 has an initSpeed value of 820, overriding the magazine initSpeed values of 1020.

Additionally, the zpl20 ammo types have higher typicalSpeed values than their magazine initSpeed values.
This is probably intentional as each ammo type has a different typicalSpeed value but looks to be erroneous.
