There are also few tickets already about folding issue so you can search here if its not already listed

(0011711) johnb43 (reporter) 2021-05-11 22:24	I should have specified - it's only hand animations whilst doing action. I have never done animations, but from what I can gather it's not trivial and takes time, so I'm not expecting you to make it, but just reuse old ones (specific example: use the AKMS folding and unfolding hand animations for folding and unfolding the M92 in RHS GREF). It's not perfect, but it's pretty good nonetheless. I will still suggest it, unless you really don't want me to.
