0006312: Bug with Tusk tank firing at infantry

Description

Bug with error msg with a tank: rhsusf_m1a2sep1tuskid_usarmy (t1)
firing against infantry (multiple squads)

on screen and report file:

Steps To Reproduce

- Place a: rhsusf_m1a2sep1tuskid_usarmy (t1)
- place several infantry squads (no AT) , make them invulnerable eventually

preview. Wait for heavy shots and probably for the time the Tusk changes for shells instead of MG.

Not tested with other tanks.
