| Summary | 0006231: Bipods for all weapons with underbarrel rail please | ||||||||
| Description | Not all weapons can mount a bipod even though there is an underbarrel rail, like Zenitco AKs and G36s. Not sure if the idea was to disable this feature from all carbines but then again Mk 18 and M4 variants can mount a bipod so I find that very unconsistent and annoying. (I really really want to mount bipods for AKs!) | ||||||||

Some weapons we cannot do it because there is a hardcoded limit on the number of attachment slots, and the weapon is already using all 5 available slots for different functions. For example, the Zenitco rifles need a slot for muzzle attachments, a slot for optics, a slot for grips and two separate slots for both siderail-mounting and barrel-mounting laser/lights. There's no slot remaining to make a functional bipod slot Rifles that do accept both bipods and grips, do not have the necessity to also have two laser/light slots like the AKs do |
