Illustration and comparison here including real world examples. If the recoil profiles were swapped between AS VAL and M3A1SD then the in-game result would be closer to what you see in real world.

fwiw the effort to control the M3A1SD's recoil in game is substantially greater than the effort needed to control the VAL's.

I think this is a better illustration and that guy is a big chap...the barrel rise on the bursts is significantly greater than in-game.

VAL is too soft and M3A1 is too much.

This https://youtu.be/C3gyKo9yi4Q?t=82 [^] shows him uber bracing himself for a mag dump and even then the barrel is spraying the rounds. His other video shows the spread of burst rounds at 10m...which is greater than it is in game.

Tweaked it a little bit. For sure it's not as strong as on your video since from all other videos you can see it's not kicking that much.
