0006038: S-13T Low Spalling on vehicles

Description

The S13-T causes extremly low spalling when penetrating vehicle. I know its not meant to be used against vehicles. But if it is able to penetrate a vehicle it should do massive damage as it has a HEAT penetrating and then a second HE warhead. (0011306) tonimontana0328 (reporter) 2020-11-23 19:38	Oh that is unfortunate i was already wondering why those rockets performed quite bad. Is that also a problem on these large S13 rockets? Most aircraft seem to only carry 10 and they fire at much lower firerate than say S8 rockets. Anyway thanks for the response :)
