0005973: M1151, M1152, other Up-Armored vehicles using air brakes sounds with JSRS

Description

HMMWVs do not have air brakes, but the sound effects they use in the mod are air brake sound effects when used with JSRS. I know this isn't RHS's fault - it's just a conflict in design between LJ's mod and RHS's. I'd encourage the team to consider perhaps using a duplicated sound library from the base game files for these vehicles, since they share their sounds with the Hunter from Vanilla Arma 3, which has air brake sounds with JSRS.

(0011159) iceman_tftw (reporter) 2020-10-27 01:18	Again I totally realize that fixing issues that are the result of conflicts with other mods isn't a major priority, but due to the widespread use of JSRS, I would hope there might be motivation to create a workaround or fix for this issue. As an Army vet, it just breaks immersion a bit and is a little comical to hear sounds like that coming from a HMMWV.
