| Description | Four grenade pouches out of the I.O.T.V Rifleman pouches? That's ridiculous. No one in the U.S. Army Rifleman carries four grenades.
The U.S. Army Rifleman's I.O.T.V. setting includes at least three magazine pouches, two grenade pouches and one IFAK.
