0005797: M240G recoil too soft

Description

M240G when standing has very low recoil on controlled fire. Potentially too little recoil when rested too.

Comparison here with SCAR-H, both from latest Dev build.

(0010881) reyhard (administrator) 2020-07-26 14:31 edited on: 2020-07-26 14:33	Tweaked it a little bit - it will be still smaller than SCAR since M240 is heavier weapon. Recoil was also made in a way to reflect how that weapon behaves when gunner is using bipod - in this case recoil is very small and since there are not that many parameters for bipod behaviour, current setup is sort of compromise. Also, do not create duplicates to bump issues - doing so will result in ban from feedback tracker.
