0000564: M134D gatling gun in Blackhawk have wrong rate of fire.

Description

I post it for the 3rd time, because developpers wrongly think their addon use the standard vanila rate of fire, but I just checked again the weapon ingame, and it has an exact Rate of fire of 610 rounds per minuted. (tested continious fire during an entire minute.

maybe your addon is using the vanila configuration, but ingame, concretely, the ROF is 610rpm.

please test the issue reported before closing it.
