Description

Hey guys, first off thanks for making one of the best mods/addons in Arma. I know you guys and gals put a lot of work into this, and know that we as a community certainly appreciate it.

I have a small request that would help with some of my mission making, and also with general game play!

So right now you've added in several static emplacements such as the M2 .50 cal machine gun on both a high and low tripod mount, the mk-19, and the NSV! But of course.. carrying these weapon systems are extremely heavy, the M2 weighs 38 kg (83.78 lb) and that's without a tripod!

What I'd really love to see, is an m240B as a static weapon emplacement, and even a PKM static emplacement. This would be fantastic as it's a realistic way for infantry forces to employ machine guns for support by fire, or even in defense. Everything we'd need to create this, I'd imagine we already have.. and that seems necessary is putting it together! Also I think it'd be great to see these weapon systems mounted onto the vehicles already in-game, such as the HMMWV getting an m240 mount, and even the GAZ 23301 with a PKM!
