0005341: CH-53E Advanced Flight model tweaks

Description

The CH-53E in RHSUSAF performs out of spec during flight and has some weird quirks.

One of the weird quirks is that the CH-53E in-game can reach a speed of up to 317kph. But according to Wikipedia, the max speed is 278kph.

Another weird thing is that the CH-53 can not land on the ground without landing gear. Even on the softest of landings, the CH-53 will blow up unless you have the landing gear deployed. This is however possible in the basic flight model.

There is also one more bug that I want to mention that applies to the CH-53 in general. The CH-53E fuel boom does not show up in first person.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Load Arma III with RHUSAF.
2. Get in a CH-53E.
3. Make sure you're in the advanced flight model.
4. Fly in one direction without changing your altitude.
5. Notice you're speed is above 310kph
6. Try landing softly but without landing gear.
7. Blow up upon landing and lowering collective all the way down.

Additional Information

Videos were produced with Arma III version 1.94.145977 and the latest version of RHS on the steam workshop as of 10/28/2019.

I'm also not sure of the classification between a major issue and a minor issue. But to me, these issues are all major and keep me from liking the CH-53E.
