0004919: M113 Family Commander Hatch refuse to turn in/out

Description

All M113 Family Commander can get the clip into a close hatch even we never turn in and you can get clip into a closed hatch.

Steps To Reproduce

Load a USAF Dev
Can happen either VR or in Map
For VR go get any M113 at garages
Make a hatch close and place your self or your VR person in commander seat
Hatch was close but you or VR guy get the clip into the closed hatch and you can not turn in or out
