0004665: M24 binocular has not any range finding reticle

Description

M24 binocular ("rhsusf_bino_m24") has not any rangefinding reticle, also his FOW is not authentic. Need add the reticle and the FOW like it is in this video:

whole reticle's scale = 100 mils

FOW = 7° or
