what type of weapons or vehicles are you facing? is it happening in editor?

It happens in editor. I tried every kind of AA ground vehicle that has radar tracking as well as AA jets armed only with AMRAAMs. The vanilla Arma sensor showed the tracking, but I got no dash indicator or audible warning.

I honestly don't know what changed. Perhaps it was one of the last few Arma updates. However, I went back into a mission I set up with AMRAAM-only enemy jets, and it started working again (exact same missions...exact same setup as previously). I also tried all the various mods...again...and it all worked...I'm really confused by Arma sometimes. Thanks for being so attentive to the report, though. Any idea when there might be an addition of the C-variant or at least the upgraded pods for IR warning? Thanks again for contributing to such an awesome mod!
