Summary

0003486: Make the Javelin CLU a standalone object.

Description

the Javelin CLU is currently not separable from the Javelin canister tube.

the CLU should be usable as a standalone observation and detection tool and be an item to add in the goggle slot inventory.

if the player want to shot a javelin missile he should :

- take a FGM-148 CLU

- take a FGM-148 Canister (would replace the raw javelin missile in the ammo box)

an option in mouse menu to assemble both to get it ready to fire.
