| Description | with @leshtow loaded along with @rhs_usaf, you cannot tow the ch53.
the attachment points are underneath the ground.

| Steps To Reproduce | load leshtow+rhs_usaf+cba, place towing tractor and the empty ch53. try to tow it. |
