0002528: Patch compatibility not work more in combat OCP uniform

Description

This uniform work before with patches, not more.

I usually used with my clan like standar uniform, now we must select other to give patch or think in move to other mod because few care with requests from the community, basic future features such as clan patch or future units of BI.
The only argument to dont go forward is "by design".

Steps To Reproduce

Arsenal -> insignia -> select insignia -> does not appear on uniform

Not duplicate issue, issue not fix.

In this feedback Im reporting that before a uniform worked with patches and now not, are different sujects. This issue, not the other, is in of "by design"?
