0002477: Problem with the M1117 ASV gunner optic

Description

When you aim up with this vehicle there is a piece of metal that gets inside the optic and doesn't let you aim up.

Steps To Reproduce

1) Open virtual arsenal.
2) Enter the gunner seat of the M1117 ASV.
3) Aim up.
