I personally have that uo2.pdf since 2014 ;) square in the middle of sight is part of auto tracking feature, it's visible on some T90A or Kurganmashzavod videos from undefined BMP3M. It was made this way since there it wasn't possible to make autotracking then and I wanted to show that little detail. I wanted redo it one day now but I think it will take one year or so - it's hobby after all
