0001265: Please add VDV 45th Recon units.

Description

These guys are really cool, and would be a good counterbalance to USF's MARSOC units. They usually wear:

SSO Sumrak partizans/boonie
SSO Sbruya harnesses/Smersh (2011-gen)
If wearing a backpack they'll usually be wearing an SSO pack, something like and RD-99 or Eldeweiss.
