0001037: Блокировка гусениц

Description

На многих моделях гусеничной техники, при наборе скорости на самом старте, если хочешь повернуть, то все происходит рывками. Как-будто доходят до невидимого предела, тормозят и снова поворачивают. Вызывает дикий дискомфорт на слоте "механика-водителя". В реальности все не так.
