Description	RHS_Mi-8x pilot's and copilot's UGR-4UK spins in the wrong direction. So real 30° azimuth will be shown as (360° - 30°) = 330° at the indicator. The bug makes navigation harder in case when extra HUD for AFM disabled. Also please notice that external (relative) scale "ring" shouldn't rotate at all - to be part of panel texture.
