Summary 0006892: RHS_Mi-8x cockpit UGR-4UK (compass) shows wrong direction

Steps To Reproduce 1. Sit in a cockpit of any RHS_Mi-8x
2. Turn the helicopter to any non-North azimuth
3. Check a direction on (co)pilot's UGR-4UK
4. Compare the result with handheld magnetic compass

Description RHS_Mi-8x pilot's and copilot's UGR-4UK spins on wrong side. So real 30° azimuth will be shown as (360° - 30°) = 330° at the indicator.
The bug makes navigation harder in case when extra HUD for AFM disabled.

Also please notice that external (relative) scale "ring" shouldn't rotate at all - to be part of panel texture.
