Summary	0002376: Rakurs tweak.

Description	As we played whole yesterday night at serwer, we meet bug with rakurs sight. - is it gonna hev mounting for standard "rail" system used in AK? - Why it dont have zoom feature? (like american sights presented in 0.4.1). I know magnification is fixed, but zoom feature (default arma zoom) would be very nice, also second mode for this optic [NUM / ] for closer looking throught the sight would be nicely welcome. For now sight is looking nice, but nothing more.
