Summary	0006038: S-13T Low Spalling on vehicles

Description	The S13-T causes extremly low spalling when penetrating vehicle. I know its not meant to be used against vehicles. But if it is able to penetrate a vehicle it should do massive damage as it has a HEAT penetrating and then a second HE warhead.
