Description	BMP-2 commander with hold ALT can move gun out gunner angle limits and cause gun stuck so gunner can't bring it back to normal. I think it should be limited.

Steps To Reproduce	Place BMP-2 (1986 tested). Take commander slot. Press ALT and move camera UP. Take gunner slot and try to bring it down.
