Description There is a sound bug with the Tochka (9P128-1M). When the object is set to deployed either through the tick box in the eden editor, or by [this, true] call rhs_fnc_ss21_deploy; in the objects init, the sound can be heard by the zues/editor no matter where the camera is on the map.

This can be annoying when editing a mission, as well as curating a mission as zeus.

Steps To Reproduce A**
Place Tochka (9P128-1M) in the editor.
Add [this, true] call rhs_fnc_ss21_deploy; to object init
Add playable Zeus slot.
Test

Place Tochka (9P128-1M) in the editor.
Check the box in the eden editor for the object that states 'Deploy Tochka' located under 'Object Specific - Object: 9P129-1M (9M79B)

Additional Information This has been around before 1.70 was released. I only noticed it at about 1.68 when I used the vehicle in a mission. Recently I have used this vehicle in a clan co-op and the issue still persists.

Issue occurs even when the mod is loaded by iteslf or with other mods
