Steps To Reproduce	Play mi 24 as pilot, push X, Z

Steps To Reproduce	NEW REPRO STEPS, should be reproductable now: Spawn playable tank, and chopper (tank must be russian, best chopper for seeing problem is KA-52) Play as tank gunner, switch ammo, then switch to playable chopper , use Z, X keys, try to switch ammunition type via action menu in KA-52 - not possible.
