Summary	0001743: Inability to launch A3 due to a Cfg error

Steps To Reproduce	Simply enable RHS's USF and AFRF. Launch ARMA 3. When it reaches Initializing Addons, it will instead give an error as shown in my screenshot. Following this, it will report an DXGI error and force ARMA3 to close.

Steps To Reproduce	Simply enable RHS's USF and AFRF. Enable Refined Vehicles mod http://www.armaholic.com/page.php?id=23560 [^] Launch ARMA 3.
