Wikipedia sais SP-6 ammo is guaranteed to penetrate level 2 armor on the distance of 50m. In arma 3 this vest is the blue "Press" vest. However even at point blank range it takes 3 shots to kill a target. |

"Tactical vest" is class 1, it takes 2 shots at point blank to kill. Although Wikipedia guarantees penetration at most distances of such armor. |
