| Description | Shells fired from ZSU-23-4 or ZU-23-2 have only 2200 meters range. On that distance shells just disappear. ZSU-23-4 and ZU-23-2 use the same autocannon АЗП-23 «Амур». Then both weapon system have the same issue. | ||||||||||||
| Steps To Reproduce | 1) Fire from ZSU-23-4 or ZU-23-2 on distance above 2200 meters. 2) Note! Shells don't hit the ground. | ||||||||||||
| Additional Information | In data sources we can see information about 2500 meters effective firing range. For example: https://weaponsystems.net/system/452-ZSU-23-4%20Shilka [^] "The maximum effective range against both aircraft and ground targets is 2.5 km". In addition ZSU-23-4 gunner reticle has mark to fire up to 2400 meters. It more than 2200 meters. I think, shells do not disappear on range 2500 meters. They fly further by strongly curved line. ZU-23-2 on truck has the same issue. | ||||||||||||

Tweaked shells time to live - value was changed from 6 seconds to 14 seconds. As for disappearing - it's kind of necessary optimization otherwise you would get hundreds of simulated shells which would bring your PC to knees ;) |
