I've halved the size of the dot in the main telescope, for the available 3D view.
The issue that we have always faced is that on the real scope, the dot stays the same physical size in the lens between 1x and 4x magnification modes while the background image changes relative size. So the dot covers 6MOA at 1x mag. and only 1.5 MOA at 4x mag.
We can't simulate this with the 3D optics in Arma due to the way 3D scopes "work", so had to either make the dot very small and hard to see at 1x or too large at 4x.
It was less of an issue for users who use the classic 2D optics.
But adjustments have now been made ready for the next devBranch update. We can ascertain from feedback whether it makes the scope more usable or whether the dot is now too small at 1x mag.
