0006914: Autoloader system is entirely non-functional

Description

The autoloader system in all Russian-based tanks does not switch ammunition or autloader type (manual, auto).

Steps To Reproduce

1. Start game with ACE, RHS
2. Spawn T-Series tank
3. Switch default shell
4. Fire shell
5. Notice issue
