0006492: M1A1/M1A2 access to inventory

Description

There are some problems with access to inventory for M1A1/M1A2 outside vehicle.
There is no access at all for M1A1 and there is for M1A2 from strange direction.

I suggest to remove access from that side and allow it from here, to bustle rack.
