Summary | 0000776: M1 series turret ring armor. |
Description | Using 50 cal bmg, .408, and 12.7mm based weapons I am able to penitrate the turret ring of the M1 series. This results in the deaths of the gunner, loader, and commander. |
Steps To Reproduce | Use any of the previously mentioned weapons and fire at the relative rear of the turret ring. Rounds will penitrate killing the crew stationed there. |
Additional Information | AI seem to be able to hit this location with ease... very frustrating for human players. |

Posted 2 screenshots to get you started, will post a video tonight when I can have humans occupy to tank.
Note: AI crew didn't die in the screenshots, only the gun was knocked out. But I promise you the video tonight will show without a question that rounds entering the turret at that angle are killing the crew.

Did my video upload? I attempted to upload one on here but the site seemed to freeze up... currently uploading it to youtube atm just in case.
We were running our normal mods when recording:
-Blastcore: Phoenix
-Blastcore: Tracers
-CBA_A3
-F-16C Fighting Falcon / (FIR AirWeaponSystems) US (Doesn't affect any other weapons AFAIK)
-Drifiter's Fatigue Remover
-JSRS3: DragonFyre
-MCC Sandbox 4 (This includes a flash bang grenade but doesn't affect other weapons AFAIK)
-Grace Sway
-Task Force Radio
-Virtual Arsenal Anywhere 2.0
-Both RHS packs (clean 3.8 install w/ updater run
-All in Arma Terrain Pack
-TRYK's Uniform Pack
I will however do a test on stratis with no mods running but RHS to confirm... However, if it is acceptable I would perfer not to have to upload another video as this current one is taking about an hour and a half to complete.

Can confirm this occurs with NOTHING but RHS running. No additional mods, scripts, etc. just vanilla arma 3 with RHS |
