Summary	0006838: AI helicopters with laser guided ATGMs engage only at 3km or closer
Description	AI controlled helicopters with laser guided atgms such as AGM-114K or Vikhr only engage at ranges of 2-3km to target no matter what, though it's totally possible for them to engage at least from 7km+. AI see targets, report them and command co-pilots (gunners) to engage. After that they begin to fly towards the target and only shoot ATGM when it's about 3km to the target. When using Longbows the issue is not present, AI engage from around 8km as they should. Pilot skills and drawing distance maxed out.
Steps To Reproduce	Max out draw distance, pilot skills. Place tanks, place ka52 with Vikhr or Apache with 114Ks at long distance from tanks (8km+), watch the helis find the targets and fly towards their inevitable doom.
Additional Information	Possible the same problem with CAS planes as A10 or Su25 armed with laser guided missiles. Resolving this may be the solution to abrams using main gun against air targets with high effectiveness as it only start shooting 120mm at around 3km.
