Summary0006833: T-90SM/AM CITV turns on its own
DescriptionAs per description, the T-90SM/AM CITV is uncontrollable. May be caused by the new commander override feature, since T-90AM CITV became uncontrollable after zooming out of gunner TI sight

Steps To Reproduce1. Spawn T-90SM/AM
2. Turn CITV to the left
3. (Optional) May need to zoom in gunner sight for bug to appear
