Summary0006689: Dump lead/disable FCS lead does not work if Commander has FCS lead enable
DescriptionIf the Commander on a russian tank has FCS lead enable the gunner can not dump and and turning off FCS lead in settings also doesnt work.

Seems to be fixed on rhs devbranch. :)
