Summary0006458: M1A2V2 CITV Camera is unusable for TC
DescriptionThe CITV is viewable for the loader(non-rotatable) but is unviewable for the commander. Not sure if this is a bug or feature because of the CROWS being the default view.
Steps To ReproduceLoad a M1A2 SEPv2 in the editor or Virtual Arsenal. Zoom key allows for loader to get a spectate view on the CITV like the M1A2 SEPv1, however switch optics or zoom does not allow use for CITV by TC.

indeed, there will be some script commands introduced in 2.08 which should make CITV handling in such setup more friendly. We could experiment with something else (i.e. simple additional 5 view modes - there would 10 (sic!) view modes in total in such setup) but we will see how it goes

To add:
CITV views being available to the loader was a bug and it has since been disabled in current RHSUSAFDEV
