DescriptionS-13 cant be mounted on side pylons of Mi-24, Mi-28 and Ka-52

For Mi-28 and Ka-52, the helicopter was configured to carry them, but the magazines are too heavy after some refactoring we did.
Have increased the max payload of these pylons
