the PKM error is due to another mod, like ACE compat.

it's due to "ACE Compat - RHS Armed Forces of the Russian Federation" addon, you have to disable it and wait for the ace team to update. Or you can de-pbo it and update/replace CfgWeapons.hpp with this: https://raw.githubusercontent.com/acemod/ACE3/master/optionals/compat_rhs_afrf3/CfgWeapons.hpp [^] [^] and then pack it again
