0000623: RPG reload
RPG reload is too slow but cannot be slower than javelin! In your mod gunner use one piece rockets, so all he needs to do, is to put those rocket in tube. MistyRonin, did you ever use RPG? I dont think so, BUT if you will do this first time in life, you would do this faster than in-game animation - no matter. Matter is, that javelin is (now) about 6 seconds to reload. Its too fast. And about rpg gunner - ammo for gunner MUST be prepared - two parts of rocket are ready to use in his backpack. For joining this two parts of rocket there is special goy - RPG helper, who is preparing ammo to use, gunner just using ready ammo. Talking that reloading javelin is easier is just like talking that abrams tank is faster than Porshe 911

Both Launchers are easy to reload, but in war conditions gunners must have ready-to-use ammo (RPG case). Javelin is more time consuming, but can be solved very easy in game with gunner helper, who have one more tube with himself, and in group, create AT team (javelin) with Javelin, Javelin helper, and some cover guy.

javelin reload might be tweaked in future but don't expect it too soon as it require new animation
