DescriptionThe SP6 ammo seems overpowered when compared to 7.62x54 the below shows the damage at 100m increments from 100m-500m

I know the SP6 is a special round but I think it needs to be tweaked to deal less damage than the 7.62x54.

SP6 is about twice as heavy as 57-N-323S, so has more kinetic energy. Which is why it has a greater hit value

I recall those old closed threads, my assertion is you've 'over buffed it'. The energy of the SP6 heavy round is 1/3rd of the lighter 7.62x54.

16.8 g (259 gr) SP5 280 m/s (920 ft/s) 658 J (485 ft⋅lbf)
18.0 g (278 gr) Wolf FMJ 327 m/s (1,073 ft/s) 964 J (711 ft⋅lbf)

If it were possible to reduce the damage to the figures below for the SP6 100-500m I think this would feel more authentic, I remember when it was too weak and when it was buffed, I didn't realise the buff was so high for the longer ranges.
