DescriptionThe Oil Tower object (Land_Ind_Tower_02) has a ladder that goes all the way to the top, but the player can only go to the first platform; there is no second ladder action. Is there a reason for this?
Steps To Reproduce... Climb ladder. Ladd stops at first platform.

I see a second "Climb ladder up" action underneath the "Climb ladder down" action when I reach the first platform and my character dismounts the first ladder. Using the second action allows me to climb to the top of the tower
